1.6 million vaccinated so far, 620 thousand have received the second dose
A total of 1,651,170 doses of the coronavirus vaccine have been given in Serbia so far, according to the latest Government data.
As it is stated, 620,825 people have received the second dose of the vaccine so far.
The Serbian citizens were vaccinated with the Russian „Sputnik V“, the Chinese Sinopharm, a vaccine developed by the American company Pfizer and the German BioNTech, as well as the vaccine of the British-Swedish company AstraZeneca and the University of Oxford.
A day earlier, President Aleksandar Vucic said that Serbia had so far ordered 14,832,200 vaccines, and two drugs against the coronavirus would arrive in early April and May.
He said that Serbia has so far procured a total of 2,620.000 vaccines against the coronavirus.
