    A DIFFERENT Trumpet Festival

The Trumpet Festival in Guca will not be the same as before, the access will be restrictive and if visitors want to have a good time and enjoy themselves, they must be serious, said the Minister of State Administration and Local Self-Government, Marija Obradovic, following the session of the Moravica Administrative District Council.

It was announced after the meeting held in Cacak that Obradovic stated how it was agreed that the Trumpeters’ Festival in Guca would be organized in such a way as to become an example for other events as well.

That means the introduction of a „defence zone“ in the length of seven kilometres, in which the access will be strictly controlled, the ministry announced.

It was agreed that the organizers of events and inspections revise plans, so that inoculated citizens and those with a negative PCR test can enter this zone, as well as set up testing checkpoints for rapid tests for those who are not inoculated, with the possibility of inoculation at the very checkpoint.

„Only by sharing responsibilities between organizers, inspections and visitors can we have organized events with minimal risk to the health of citizens,“ said Obradovic.

She announced that next week we will see whether events can be held in such manner.

She told the citizens that if they do not want to adhere to the prescribed measures, there will be no festival in Guca, and it is not excluded that the Crisis Staff will ban the festival, respecting only the interest of preserving the nation’s health, it is said in the statement.
