A job for 1,100 workers: A cornerstone for Brose plant laid in Pancevo
German company Brose, which manufactures electronics and sensor technology for car doors and seats, electric motors and electronics, has begun building its first plant and development centre in Serbia today in Pancevo. At the Pancevo based plant, in which it will invest EUR 180 million, 1,100 workers will produce „engine cooling fan modules“ for steering systems and oil pumps, as well as electronics, and these products will be tested in a development centre. Production is scheduled to begin in January next year.
