“Alek Kavcic” Foundation publishes FIRST FREE digital textbooks
The “Alek Kavcic” Foundation has stated that they published the first three free digital textbooks intended for students, parents and teachers, and announced that there will be many more “in the coming period”.
Digital textbooks are available on the website digitalniudzbenik.com with no passwords, codes or time limitations, and the download is completely free of charge, with the possibility to use them without the Internet, the statement says.
At the moment, the following textbooks are available: “World around us” for the first grade of elementary school, “Mathematics” for the first grade and “Technique and technology” for the fifth grade.
“All the lessons in free digital textbooks are enhanced with audio and video recordings, animations, info graphics and curiosities, and are fully adapted to modern dynamic and creative teaching,” the Foundation said, noting that all their digital textbooks were made exclusively by IT experts from Serbia and that the foundation did not purchase the platform from abroad.
