Belgrade’s green market management company Gradske pijace is launching a new way of supplying fellow citizens with goods from the market by connecting manufacturers with customers through its website, the company said. The website of PUC Gradske pijace will soon list the contact details of the producers who will deliver goods to the home addresses of all the citizens who order the goods. „The idea was launched with the aim of helping farmers, keeping them, while at the same time our fellow citizens will be able to buy the food which they are accustomed to buying at the green markets in Belgrade,“ says the press release. The public utility company „Gradske pijace“ has announced that the list of producers who want to participate in this will be available on its website, Facebook and Instagram profile. As a reminder, because of the introduction of the state of emergency, markets across Serbia are closed.
