Why have you decided to stay in Serbia?

Because during my studies I got the opportunity to start my career and continue to develop continuously in a big company, which constantly offers me a challenging work environment.

What did you want to be when you were a child?

I have always been interested in natural sciences, especially during primary school. In fact, I liked the thought process while solving various math and physics problems. Hence the desire to become a math teacher. However, at the end of primary school, I started to develop interest in learning why our brain functions exactly the way it functions, how we think, remember and make decisions and how emotions develop. This resulted in psychology studies, where I satisfied both my analytical and my social side.

    Favourite subject at school?

In the beginning, it was mathematics, and later psychology. At work, I actually found a way to unite all my interests, to further explore and upgrade them, especially through areas such as People Analytics, etc.

    Business role model?

Anyone who passionately does what he loves, initiates and develops bold ideas and selflessly shares knowledge and experiences.
