BIZLife list “30 under 30”: Marija Stevanovic, Junior Price and Revenue Manager, Apatin Brewery

Marija holds a master of engineering degree in organizational sciences. During her undergraduate studies, she gained her first work experience at Henkel Serbia, where she worked as a sale planning analyst. Her decision to enter the business world early has contributed to her becoming the person she is today. Her next stop was the company Apatin Brewery, where she started as a junior analyst in the Sale Support Sector. She was very quickly recognized by the management and transferred to the Pricing and Revenue Sector, where she still works on the development of pricing strategies of the entire portfolio.

Why have you decided to stay in Serbia?

I have never questioned that decision. Serbia offers countless opportunities for both business and private development, it is important to take the first step towards them.

What did you want to be when you were a child?

A teacher.

Favourite subject at school?

Mathematics.

Business role model?

Through work experience, I have gained knowledge and skills from the people I have worked with. Each of them has contributed to my current view of the business world and I thank them for that.
