The company was moved into a smart building on the corner of Bulevar Milutina Milankovica and Bulevar Umetnosti in Novi Beograd, within the Green Heart business complex, owned by one of the leading investors in Serbia, the company GTC, tailor-made by IT experts who constantly conquer global market with their work and projects.
The fact that Nordeus entrusted the leading consulting real estate company CBS International, which is a part of Cushman&Wakefield Group, with intermediation and finding of a new work space, as well as project management process is proof that best choose the best.
From the very beginning the company CBS International was engaged in all stages of the process – from spatial and budget analysis of the location, for the purpose of selection and decision in relation to relocation, via forming and monitoring of the budget and dynamics, coordination of communication between all participants in the project process, execution of work, until final relocation of Nordeus to its new work space.
„The client’s request was a non-standard one, and therefore very challenging, since it was necessary to find the perfect location and a sustainable A-class building, completely adapted to conditions of the company that will be the only lessee,“ said Bojan Jevtic, Regional Manager of the Office Space Lease Department.
