„CORONA“ concert in Belgrade as well, let’s see HOW MANY PEOPLE will get infected

Deputy Mayor of Belgrade Goran Vesic has said that a concert will be organized in Belgrade as a kind of scientific experiment, in order to see how many people will be infected with the coronavirus, as it was the case in Barcelona and the Netherlands.

„We plan to organize a scientific experiment in Belgrade under the supervision of the Health Insurance Fund of the Republic of Serbia and the Faculty of Medicine – a concert, one outdoors and one indoors,“ he told RTS TV.

As Vesic explained, that experiment will help organize concerts in the future.

Vesic noted that Belgrade was „the best“ in Serbia in terms of vaccination and that it should not „share the fate“ of the other cities.

„On Friday, at the session of the Crisis Staff, there will be four protocols related to the organization of celebrations, seminars, concerts, festivals and congresses, because there is no reason not to organize them – congress tourists are the best tourists,“ he said.

Belgrade, Vesic added, still lacks 60,221 more vaccinated people in order to reach 50% of the vaccinated.

Vaccination points will be opened in three more shopping centres – „Beo“, „Galerija“ and „Rajiceva“, and the bus for vaccination will be in the municipality of Grocka on Wednesday, he said.
