Binod Chaudhary, the owner and manager of the multinational company CG Corp Global, the first Nepali billionaire, who joined the Forbes list of the richest people in 2013 and a motivational speaker, after investing in a noodle factory in Serbia, wants to invest in Croatia.
He talks for the Vecernji List newspaper about the interest of investing in the region, what motivates him, and the aspirations he has not yet achieved, and he points out that his desire is to be remembered as a dreamer and a man who takes risks.
In addition to wishing to continue developing his noodle factories in the region, he also wants to invest in different sectors in Croatia.
“We are looking for the right opportunity in the hospitality industry, where we can bring our knowledge about the development and management of hotels and resorts. Our goal is also to establish a centre for comprehensive well-being and natural healing within Europe,” says Chaudhary.
When asked about his business experience in Serbia, he says that the selection of our country as the first investment destination in Europe was a strategic decision based on the business environment of the country, costs and logistics, as well as closeness to the large European Union market.
“Not only did we receive a warm welcome from the Serbian government since the beginning of this project, but we also got it from the operational unit in charge of the construction of the pasta factory,” said Chaudhary.
Last year, Binod Chaudhary promoted his book “Making It Big” in Serbia and, on that occasion, he gave an exclusive interview to the BIZLife magazine.
