My career in “Mondelez” started at the position Sales Assistant and that was love at first glance – dynamics, challenges and team spirit, says Liliya Borisova, National Sales Manager at this company, who has been in “Mondelez” for ten years.
“Back then I decided that Sales was the right place for me and my future development, and of course, my manager at the provided guidance for career development. I was assigned a task to be a merchandiser for a while, in order to get acquainted with fieldwork as much as possible, and then I realized what I wanted by switching to the Key Account position, responsible for international buyers. Job promotions followed and after I completely mastered the Modern Trade I moved to Traditional Trade and managed one of the distributors in Bulgaria. I am currently at the position of National Sales Manager in Serbia, where we realize successful cooperation with our long-standing partner “Nelt” by building firm plans for the future and by establishing good business environment. In cooperation with “Nelt” we are striving towards growth of our business and categories, by prioritizing quality and execution on the field, with the aim of having perfect stores in the entire Serbia in next 3 years.”
