Gordan Mihic passed away

Famous screenwriter, playwright and movie director Gordan Mihic has passed away at the age of 80. The news of his death was announced by his daughter, actress Ivana Mihic. Mihic died early Sunday morning after a sudden illness. Ivana Mihic also posted on Twitter that her father was buried in the presence of his close family members at the Rajinovac Monastery Cemetery, with the blessing of Patriarch Irinej. Gordan Mihic was born in the village of Poplat in the Berkovici Municipality in Republika Srpska. He was also full-time professor of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, where he taught the course on film script. His works include numerous film and TV show screenplays that entered the history of Serbian cinematography.
