Anja graduated from FEFA, the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration, and immediately after completing her studies, she “sculptured” her PR craft at several agencies. Initially at agency “Right”, then at “Havas Media Adriatic” and after that she arrived at the agency “New Moment”. She has done campaigns for clients such as “Procter & Gamble”, “Rajiceva Shopping Centre”, “Novo Nordisk”, “Carlsberg Srbija”, and she is currently a Senior PR Account Manager. After her studies, she also worked as a journalist, i.e. as an author and presenter at “Studio B” and “Zenska TV”, and she also participated in organization of numerous events in Serbia and the region. Is there anything you had to renounce in order to get to where you are now? An idle in daily life. I don’t think I missed anything, as I have always tried to spend quality time with good people. I always miss two hours on a daily schedule, but that is the life I have chosen. Did success reach you, or was it the other way round? I’m still chasing it. If we understand that success is a relative category, we have already succeeded. It is changeable, somewhat unpredictable and in some ways esoteric. It is important that a person is satisfied with himself and what he has achieved, but it is equally important to set new coordinates and enjoy moving within them. What is the most important lesson you have learned in your work so far? Definitely the one that there are no situations you cannot resolve. I believe everything is just a matter of mental approach to the problem. I was particularly attentive about “classes where social intelligence was practiced” because I think it everything starts and ends with people. What is the ultimate goal? My profession is evolving i.e. it changes and takes new shapes with mind dazzling speed. The ultimate goal is very challenging, which means that I never lose focus and continue to work on myself, regardless of being aware that I have achieved some goals. Favourite school subject? French and Serbian language. First job? I worked simultaneously on television and in PR agency. Business role model? The father of spin, Edward Bernays. Motivational song? Livin la vida loca (laughter).
