Miladin Erakovic is 29 years old. He is a financial technician, andragogue and craftsman, the creator of the craft workshop Mikiki Bagz. His career started when he was in the middle of the university studies, when, as a sophomore, he started working in various organisations as a coach, i.e. an educator. As he says, he then had to find a way to deal with a lot of stress, so he bought a sewing machine. There was a dilemma: either a sewing machine or a carpentry desk. At the beginning, Mikki Bagz was just an online shop, and he made bags in the apartment where he lived. However, as the business evolved, he was no longer able to meet the demand from his apartment. He then decided to continue working in a real workshop, so he moved his small production into a garage. The dynamics of business itself changed. His work became of the open type: it means that anyone who places an order can choose the design, size, colour, material, or can request a completely new bag, of course, still with the possibility of ordering a bag from the online shop. That is why, more than ever before, he developed a “design part of himself.” Lately, he is focusing on working with leather, which brought new energy, new tools, and new knowledge into the workshop. This enabled him to round off his offer as a whole and complete his craft business.
