COVID-19: Third victim in Serbia today, another 73 infected

A total of 457 confirmed COVID-19 cases were registered in the Republic of Serbia by 3 pm on March 26th, 2020. From the last report until 3 pm on March 26th, 2020, samples of 295 individuals were tested, 73 of which tested positive and 222 tested negative for the new coronavirus. By 3 pm on March 26th, 2020, a total of 1,456 individuals were tested at the National Reference Laboratory of the “Torlak” Institute who met the criteria for case definition. Yet another person has died from the effects of the coronavirus in Serbia. A 48-year-old man has passed away at Clinical-Hospital Centre “Dragisa Misovic”. This is a total of three deceased persons in Serbia in one day from the effects of the COVID-19 virus.
