GLOBAL BUSINESS leaders to be presented with new WESTERN BALKAN image

In New York, in front of about 600 participants of the Concordia Annual Summit, President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber Investment Forum of the Western Balkan 6, Marko Cadez, will present the Western Balkans as an investment destination, and discuss business and investment opportunities in the region.

The Chamber of Commerce has announced that this year’s summit, which takes place on Monday and Tuesday, at the time of the UN General Assembly session, will bring together about 300 speakers from the United States and the world. Among them, there are current and former heads of states and governments, congressmen and MPs, representatives of state administrations, international business and financial institutions and organizations in other fields, multinational companies, banks, funds, consulting firms, universities and institutes, US and international media.

As stated, Cadez will speak at a plenary session, and he is the only speaker at the Western Balkan Summit and, apart from the President of the US Chamber of Commerce, he is the only representative of a chamber from other countries and the region. According to him, this is a chance to present to the international public, first of all to powerful international companies as potential investors, a new image of the region, „as the region of success, instead of conflict and a place that deserves their capital, which will bring them profit and where their investments are worth more than at many other destinations in the world.“ The Summit will feature owners, partners, presidents and managers of powerful global corporations from various industries, including world-renowned companies.
