Mali DOES NOT GIVE UP: By 2025, average salary to reach EUR 900

Minister of Finance, Sinisa Mali, has announced a plan according to which an average salary in 2025 in Serbia will be EUR 900, and an average pension EUR 400. „We will invest about EUR 14 billion in the next five years in infrastructure, health system, education, water supply and sewerage and everything that will raise the standard and our economy.“ The plan is for an average salary in Serbia to be EUR 900 in 2025, and an average pension to be around EUR 400, and that is absolutely possible, and we have partially secured that money, said Mali as a guest on B92 TV. The Minister recalled that Serbia achieved a growth rate of five percent in the first quarter of this year, while at the same time the decline in the Eurozone was 3.3 percent. He stated that the growth rate in January this year was 6.5 percent, and, as he said, if the crisis had not happened, the first quarter would have ended with growth of above six percent.
