On Wednesday, Belgrade Land Development Public Agency announces an advertisement for the alienation of the development land at the Marina Dorcol site, Beoinfo reported. The deadline for the submission of bids is 12 September, and the auction is scheduled for 13 September, announced Deputy Mayor of Belgrade, Goran Vesic. Vesic said that the initial price at the public bidding would be RSD 3.8 billion, which is the estimated market value of the land at the site covering four hectares. „In addition to the amount raised at the public bidding, contribution will also be paid to the city budget for the landscaping of the development land, which will be calculated for the future investor for the buildings he plans to build,“ Vesic said. As he pointed out, according to the detailed zoning plan, the site is located in the zone intended for commercial activities and residential purposes, and in addition to these facilities, it is obligatory to build landscaped green areas with an avenue, which must be intended for public use.
