The Minister without Portfolio in Charge of the Development of Insufficiently Developed Municipalities, Novica Toncev, donated generators and visited three most endangered households in the Municipality of Crna Trava, and decided to give one of his ministerial salaries to one of those families.

Toncev visited the villages of Kalna, Krivi Del and Sastav Reka, which were left without electricity following the floods that hit southern Serbia, as well as families Mladenovic and Marinkovic, whose youngest members were given computers, bicycles and sweets, the minister’s office said in a statement. .

„This is very important to me, because I want people to know that my office is always at their disposal for help and support. I also decided to give one of my ministerial salaries to help Marinkovic family from the village of Kalna, whose household consists of seven members, so they would procure food for cattle, and thus ensure development of the household,“ Toncev said.

The situation in underdeveloped municipalities is really ungrateful, but with the plan of the Serbian government for the development of such municipalities, I am convinced that we will soon have concrete results, he added.
