Most expensive apartment costs almost RSD 400,000 per square meter
The average price of newly built apartments in the first half of this year was RSD 166,764 per square meter. Prices ranged between RSD 47,514 per square meter in Tutin, to RSD 395,633 the Belgrade municipality of Savski Venac, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia stated. Observed by municipalities, apartments were the most expensive in Belgrade municipalities, where the average price in urban quarters reached RSD 226,589 per square meter. Apart from the Belgrade municipalities, Cajetina, Novi Sad, Vrnjacka Banja, Uzice, Kragujevac and three municipalities in Nis – Crveni krst, Medijana and Palilula – stood out with high prices. The area of the sold newly built apartments averaged 54 square meters.
