„No one says anymore that Serbia is a country of CHEAP labour“

„Today, no one says anymore that Serbia is a country of cheap labour and those who pull cables. Today, Serbia is a country that others want to cooperate with,“ said Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic at the closing of the 28th Kopaonik Business Forum.

According to her, Serbia has a minimal drop in GDP in Europe, and we will exceed the projected six percent of economic growth this year, N1 TV reports.

„Growth is driven by the growth of the construction industry, road construction, digitalization,“ the Prime Minister recalled.

At the moment, as she said, 330 kilometres of roads were being built.

„Four billion euros have been invested in the infrastructure that is currently under construction,“ Brnabic emphasized.

Brnabic said that this year, we would have the first generation of primary school graduates who had programming as a primary subject.

„From September 1, the classes of artificial intelligence will be introduced in primary schools. And the school system will be fully equipped to enable innovation,“ she said.
