No one wants Jugoremedija
The sale of Zrenjanin-based Jugoremedija by public auction is scheduled for November 5, and the deadline for obtaining the sale documentation and the payment of the deposit expires tomorrow.
The initial price is RSD 1.9 billion and participation in the auction requires the payment of the deposit of RSD 777.3 million. The receivership manager of the Zrenjanin-based drug factory, Radovan Savic, has told the Beta agency that to date no one has shown interest in obtaining the sale documentation.
The initial price at which the property of Jugoremedija is offered is 50 percent lower than the estimated value of factory. Namely, the property includes the industrial complex and equipment, but also a lawsuit filed at the Commercial Court in Zrenjanin for the return of licenses for the marketing authorisation for 22 medicinal products.
This year, on two occasions, in February and August, the factory was already offered for sale as a legal entity by collecting bids, but there were no buyers.
