Nordeus – from a garage to a smart building: A paradise for employees at 6,000 m2

170 employees in the Belgrade-based gaming company will start their workweek at the new address – in an innovative smart building, carefully designed to encourage creativity and collaboration.

Today, Belgrade got a modern gaming studio where experts from 22 countries will work. Inspired by the values of the company, as well as by the passion of its employees for making games and team work, the new space uses state-of-the-art technologies to provide users with a productive and enjoyable work experience. This innovative building is so far the largest investment of Nordeus for the benefit of its employees.

The company’s new headquarters is located at the corner of Milutina Milankovica Street and Bulevar Umetnosti, symbolically linking science and art – a link that best describes the team that will work there. The area of 6,000 square meters, on 7 floors and 3 underground parking levels will be able to accommodate up to 250 employees – in accordance with Nordeus’s growth strategy. The building is covered with glass surfaces and long terraces decorated with vegetation, from which the green oasis in the backyard can be enjoyed.

In addition to 52 offices, 18 conference rooms and an auditorium for more than 200 people, the premises also include a studio for audio and video production, a library and isolated work rooms. There is also a large restaurant, a sports bar, a gaming room, a fitness area with showers and many other facilities that allow a healthy balance between the work environment and the relaxation area. As a company that takes pride in a large number of young parents, Nordeus dedicated a special space to children so that parents can accommodate them whenever they wish. Furthermore, the building is fully accessible to people with disabilities.
