„Packing Sputnik in Serbia may start in June“

Russian Ambassador Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko has said that Russia and Serbia will do everything possible for Serbia to start bottling, packing and distributing the Russian vaccine in June, and perhaps even producing it at the end of the year.

„We will do everything possible based on contracts, agreements, to create the possibility of bottling, packing the vaccine in Serbia as soon as possible, maybe in June, and to open the possibility for the distribution of Sputnik V, and I hope – by the end of the year even for the production of Sputnik V, for it to be produced here for the region, which is very important,“ said the ambassador.

The Russian ambassador welcomed the new contingent of vaccines from Russia together with President Vucic, whom he thanked for the high level of relations between the two countries, and he stated that he would convey his gratitude to the Russian president.
