Permission for the construction of the Belgrade Tower granted
The Ministry of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure has announced today that it has issued a building permit for construction of the Belgrade Tower, which is being built within the „Belgrade Waterfront“ project, and with a height of 168 meters it will be the tallest building in Serbia.
The value of an investment, for construction of the 40-story skyscraper, spreading across 47.500 square metres, is RSD12 billon.
The Belgrade Tower project includes, among other things, a five-star hotel as well as space for recreation and sports, and observation deck with a panoramic view of 360 degrees is planned at the top of the building.
The ground floor of the building with a restaurant will have access to the Sava promenade and it will be connected to BW Gallery Shopping Centre with a pedestrian bridge.
