Petar Matijevic buys 13,000 square meters in Novi Beograd next to the Sava River

Today, Serbian businessman Petar Matijevic bought the property of the former company Rad International, in an attractive location in Novi Beograd.

The real estate includes immovable and movable property, i.e. more than 15 facilities on the Sava embankment, covering a total area of more than 13,000 square meters.

„It is true. We became the owners of that property,“ Matijevic said in a statement for Telegraf.

When asked what he planned to build on that location, and whether a hotel may be planned, having in mind the attractiveness of the location, but also the fact that Matijevic had entered the hotel business a long time ago, this businessman says that they have not determined the purpose yet.

As Matijevic became the owner of the property, but not the land lot, one of the options is to repurpose the land.

As a reminder, the land lot covering several hectares is the location of  about 15 buildings for industrial and business purposes, even one power substation, as well as halls, office furniture…
