The Prime Minister Ana Brnabic will become a member of the Serbian Progressive Party in the upcoming period. In her statement to the „Blic“ daily newspaper, Brnabic says she hopes that the Progressives are accepting her as one of their own, that she loves and respects this party, and she will discuss membership with Aleksandar Vucic in the coming weeks. „The SNS represents a party that was not afraid to make changes, to learn, to give people a chance even though they are not its members, as long as that makes sense for the progress of Serbia. SNS backed me up as well, put its trust in me when many others would not. Today I can say I love and respect this party, and I hope they will accept me as their own.“
