    Tesla’s shares dropped in value

The value of the shares of Nikola Tesla Airport on the Belgrade Stock Exchange dropped to RSD 1,127 because the interest in buying these securities declined, Branislav Jorgic, the owner of Jorgic Broker, told the Beta agency.

He recalled that the value of the shares of Nikola Tesla Airport reached a maximum of RSD 1,956 on December 25 last year.

„The reason for the decline in the demand for the shares of this airport is the fact that their buyers, after December 31, cannot participate in the distribution of the dividend for this year,“ explained Jorgic.

The Serbian government granted the concession for Belgrade airport to the French company Vinci for 25 years, with a compensation of 501 million euros, an obligation to invest 732 million euros and pay an annual fee, depending on the earnings of the airport.

„The value of the shares of the airport last year ranged from RSD 1,600 to RSD 1,700, and the demand for them and their value were the highest on December 25, when the concessionaire paid a concession fee of EUR 501 million from which dividends will be paid to shareholders,“ Jorgic said.
