The Science and Technology Park worth EUR 26 MILLION opened in Novi Sad (PHOTO)

The Science and Technology Park worth EUR 26 million has been opened today in Novi Sad, intended for the Faculty of Technical Sciences, the largest faculty at the University of Novi Sad. The Provincial Prime Minister, Igor Mirovic said the newly constructed facility has a total of ​​30,000 square meters, in which as of today already, across 10,000 square metres, 3,000 students and 400 professors, associate professors and assistants of the Faculty of Technical Sciences will have the most modern working conditions. He added that part of the Science and Technology Park will be leased to startups and IT companies in the middle of the year. „This is a smart and green building with major significance is several fields, primarily in the field of connecting science and industry, the field of information technology and startup projects,“ said Mirović. The Science and Technology Park in Novi Sad is a joint project of the governments of Serbia and Vojvodina and it is supported by the City of Novi Sad as well.
