They finally thought of protecting ALL WORKERS from coronavirus

The Ministry of Labor and Employment has prepared a proposal for a regulation that refers to preventing the risk of the exposure of employees to the coronavirus. This was confirmed for RTS TV by Acting Director of the Directorate for Health and Safety at Work of the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Martina Furtula. Furtula said that the Ministry believed that the regulation would be adopted at the next session of the Government, because so far we had had regulations that referred only to certain activities of shops, hospitality facilities and construction sites. „With this regulation, we extend measures to all the other employers and to all the other activities,“ said Furtula. According to her, it will be obligatory for all employers and employees to perform disinfection at the entrance to the work area, and, if possible, an employer must organize work by introducing the second and third shifts, and indoors, if it is impossible to provide distance among employees, protective masks must be used. She points out that the regulation prescribes fines, from RSD 50,000 to 500,000 for employers, and RSD 20,000 for employees.
