THREE offers for „Komercijalna banka“

In the tender procedure of the sale of shares of „Komercijalna banka“ owned by Serbia, three bids were received within the deadline set by the public invitation, the Ministry of Finance announced. At the meeting, the Tender Commission of the Ministry of Finance, in the presence of the bidders, opened submitted bids and confirmed their timely submission and validity. „Bids have been opened and it has been concluded that they are complete, that is, they contain the elements stipulated by the tender documentation for the second, mandatory phase of the tender procedure,“ the statement said. It added the ministry will analyse and evaluate timely submitted mandatory offers for the purpose of rankings in the coming days.
