    „Uncertainty awaits us in 2021, and we don’t really know what awaits us“ (VIDEO)

    Apart from the fact that 2020 was a very risky year in terms of health, one could say that not everything was as planned in the professional sense. Due to such circumstances, the next year, 2021, is expected to bring numerous challenges, and in order to better prepare for it, the media company „BIZlife“ organized the first of three planned „BIZkolegium“ events, which topic was marketing, communications and innovation.

    Many say that 2021 will be uncertain, both in business and in every other sense. One of the interlocutors of „BIZkolegium“ and Marketing and PR Director at Vojvodjanska banka a. d. Novi Sad, Milena Micanovic agrees with this.

    „Pandemic affects all areas of business and all industries, thus I would say that we from all spheres of business must take care of the digital transformation, the use of modern technologies without which no business will be able to survive even without a pandemic, and particularly in these present conditions. „For marketing, communications and innovation, as well as for everything else, I believe it is important to take care of the market economy, preserving jobs with a special focus on small and medium-sized enterprises,“ says Micanovic.

    As she says, fortunately, many companies have been prepared for the pandemic and the application of innovations has contributed to the fact that most people can work from home without business suffering.
