    If you use YouTube or have stopped by Twitter lately, you have probably heard that „Donesi is now Glovo“.

    Namely, one of the leading global companies in the field of multi-category delivery, Glovo, announced in May that the takeover of the “Delivery Hero Group” companies had taken place as Glovo wanted to expand in Central and Eastern Europe.

    Thus, Glovo took over the Donesi brand in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the foodpanda brand in Romania and Bulgaria, as well as the Pauza brand in Croatia. The total value of the acquisitions is EUR 170 million.

    However, considering that it was not known what would happen to the Donesi brand after the acquisition, the users of, until recently, the most popular food delivery platform in Serbia, were extremely surprised by the announcement that the application would soon no longer be available.

    They were then informed that by moving to Glovo, they would receive a welcome gift consisting of coupons.
