A famous BUSINESSMAN arrives in Belgrade: Statis leaves Montenegro, starts business in SERBIA

Greek businessman Petros Statis, the owner of Adriatic Properties, which is the lessee of Sveti Stefan, said that Aman is leaving Sveti Stefan. He announced that he was selling Universal Capital Bank, and he would start a new business in Serbia.

„Unfortunately, it seems that Montenegro cannot support such an investment and I am sorry about that, because I believe it is a big mistake. Not only for me as an investor, but also for the country and the people of Montenegro,“ Statis stated with A1 TV.

Statis announces that he plans to start a business in the capital of Serbia.

I am from the country in the Balkans, so I feel great all over the Balkans. But I must say that the development of Belgrade is really very, very impressive. And this new project „Belgrade Waterfront“ that I saw, and in which I want to participate, all this together it is going in a really good direction, I think. There’s also stability, which is important,“ he said.

He plans to do something new in Belgrade and very soon. „It will be a luxury restaurant,“ but he didn’t want me to reveal more.
