CORONACRISIS reached them: Air Serbia must DISCHARGE and DECREASE salaries

The company Air Serbia has published a call for voluntary application for termination of employment, with appropriate severance pay as an incentive. The company states for Tanjug agency that the national airline is forced to reduce the number of employees, as well as workers’ salaries.

Air Serbia, like other airlines in the world, is suffering the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic, which has significantly reduced air traffic.

Air Serbia states that employees who are declared redundant on the basis of a voluntary request will be provided with benefits and a larger scope of rights in relation to the conditions prescribed by the Labour Law.
