Kopaonik Business Forum started
For the second year in a row, the Kopaonik Business Forum lasts for four days, and two special events took place on the first day – Creative Economy Develops Serbia and New Enterprises – the Driving Forces of Digital Serbia.
After a special event dedicated to start-ups, it was concluded that more than 140 million euros were invested in start-ups in Serbia, but that domestic companies do not cooperate with them almost at all. In addition, 60 percent of start-ups focus exclusively on business customers and their products using companies around the world, including Apple, DHL, Nike, Samsung, Uber, Ikea.
At the panel, led by Zoja Kukic, co-founder of Startit, Milorad Bjelogrlic, Director of the Sector for IT Planning and Digital Transformation of Telekom Srbija, Nenad Djurdjevic, Managing Director of the Initiative Digital Serbia and Milica Markovic, Corporate Communications Manager of Direct Media talked about the important role of start-ups from various points of view.
