Mali on “once in a lifetime opportunity”: Americans OFFER us BILLIONS

The Minister of Finance, Sinisa Mali, met with the representatives of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and Exim Bank, to whom he presented our finance projects, with a special emphasis on the „Serbia 2025“ program.

After the meeting, Sinisa Mali said that the Americans are offering billions of dollars for development of Serbian companies, economy and infrastructural projects.

„When I said we were thinking of a billion dollars just for the guarantee scheme, they said – think of billions of dollars, not one billion,“ Mali told reporters, adding that the exact figure would be known by the end of next week.

Then I will receive an offer from them, Mali specified. He pointed out that this is an opportunity not to be missed and that we must use in the right way.
