Media company BIZLife convenes “BIZ BOARD”, join us! (VIDEO)
Although we are getting closer to the end of 2020, the problems that the whole world has encountered will not end there. The fact is that the next 2021 will be full of challenges for all of us, and in order to better prepare for it, the media company BIZlife has decided to organize “BIZ board”.
At each of the boards, which will be organized on monthly basis, the topic will be different, and leading people from companies will try to answer all questions and address all concerns that are the topic in the business community.
The first “BIZ board” on the topic of Marketing and Communications was held on October 26th in the #workstack rooms of the Courtyard by Marriott Belgrade hotel, with the support of the company Samsung.
The keynote speakers were marketing and communications experts: Dragan Lupsic, Partner Flagship Public Affairs & Strategic Communications, Milos Milosevic, Marketing Director at Delta Motors, Milena Micanovic, Marketing and PR Director of Vojvodjanska banka a. d. Novi Sad, Borislav Miljanovic, CEO of Represent System and Petar Nogo, Marketing Communications Director at Telenor. The board was moderated by Milan Vujovic, Samsung’s Marketing Director for the Adriatic region.
Participants of the “BIZ board” exchanged views on the topic of (non) communication in the age of corona, on whether innovations helped to overcome challenges, how important is the response time and adjustments, how much the previous period affected marketing strategies, whether we will focus only on digital marketing and communications in the future, as well as on what awaits us in 2021.
The media company BIZLife is scheduling a new “BIZ board” for November, where experts will gather once again and exchange opinions on one also important topic for every company – HR. Has the approach to employment changed and in what way, how did the epidemic affect the motivation of employees who work much more from home, in what new circumstances did managers find themselves when managing teams, did employee education gain new dimensions and modalities, etc.
Finally, in December, we are announcing the “BIZ board” premium, which will bring together the leading people of Serbian companies who will present their views at the end of a challenging year.
