Otvoren najveći PLUTAJUĆI kancelarijski prostor na svetu (FOTO/VIDEO)
Holandska arhitektonska firma Powerhouse Company završila je projekat plutajuće kancelarije u Roterdamu.
Razvijena od strane kompanije RED, trospratna plutajuća kancelarija u Roterdamu zamišljena je kao jedna od najodrživijih kancelarija na svetu, a ujedno je i najveća plutajuća kancelarija na svetu.

Karbonski neutralna zgrada (bez betona i čelika) napravljena je od drveta koje se može lako rastaviti i ponovo koristiti, a svi materijali koji su korišćeni u njenoj izgradnji mogu da se recikliraju.
„Spremna je za cirkularnu ekonomiju“, kaže arhitekta Nanne de Ru, osnivač kompanija Powerhouse RED.

Projekat generiše sopstvenu energiju kroz 800 kvadratnih metara solarnih panela, koji su pozicionirani na južnoj strani krova uz zeleni krov na severnoj strani. Projekat koristi vodu iz luke Rijnhaven u kojoj se nalazi radi lakšeg hlađenja zgrade.
Plutajuća kancelarija je dom Globalnog centra za adaptaciju (GCA), nevladine organizacije kojom predsedava Ban Ki-moon, a koja promoviše planiranje, investicije i tehnologiju za ublažavanje klimatskih promena.
Kao kancelarijsko središte, zgrada je takođe dom holandske banke ABN AMRO, kompanija RED i Powerhouse i restorana Putaine.
