PKB Corporation from Padinska Skela has announced today the sale of 55 hectares and 87 ares of land in the cadastral municipality Komareva Humka, at the initial minimum price of EUR 2.13 million, or EUR 3.8 per square meter.
Bids for acquisition of the land will be submitted until April 12th, and public opening is on April 19th.
This parcel, as stated in the advertisement, has 39 facilities that are not owned by the PKB Corporation and which owner has not been determined.
As Beta agency reveals, the land in question contains sports centre „Kovilovo“, which at the time this agricultural collective gave to the Serbian Shooting Sport Federation for flying target shooting.
The PKB Corporation is a company that remained state-owned following privatization of PKB and four subsidiary companies, purchased by Al Dahra from the United Arab Emirates.
