    Russian vaccine arrived in Serbia!

The first contingent of the Russian vaccine against the coronavirus, Sputnik V, has arrived in Serbia today.

The State Secretary at the Ministry of Health, Mirsad Djerlek, stated on this occasion that we are the only country in Europe, and perhaps even in the world, that currently has two vaccines from different manufacturers and with different effects.

„One is American, which we received a few days ago and which is already in use, and today we received 2,400 doses of Sputnik V Russian vaccine. They are different in type of action. The first is the RNA vaccine, and Sputnik V is an adenovirus-based vaccine and a vector vaccine, but what is common to both vaccines is that they have extreme quality, are safe and give good results“, states Mirsad Djerlek.

As he announced, a contingent of Pfizer vaccines will arrive on January 4th, which will be delivered on a weekly basis, and we can expect the use of Spunjik V immediately after the New Year.
