SKYLINE OMNIA: Belgrade is getting a new 132-metre high business tower

The construction of yet another exceptional business architecture project in Kneza Milosa Street, called Skyline Omnia, will begin in November, located within the modern residential and business complex Skyline Belgrade. The investor of the project, AFI Europe Serbia, points out that this functional business tower, worth 73 million euros, will be one of the symbols of the capital.

The Skyline Omnia will have 31 floors, and with a total height of 132 metres it will cover almost 40,000 square metres. There will be no waiting for elevators in this business tower, since the project envisages as many as 11 high-speed elevators for employees and visitors. Tenants will be provided with maximum flexibility, as there will be the possibility for each floor to be divided according to their requirements and needs. Renting space areas, from 250 to 920 square metres per floor, will allow each activity to be organized in an optimal way. This modern building will be an example of the use of high-tech equipment, and with its sophisticated telecommunications equipment it will meet the LEED Gold standard.

The lack of parking space in downtown Belgrade is one of the important problems of the business world, but users of the Skyline Omnia business tower will not have to worry about that, because they will have 479 garage parking spaces available, which is a major advantage in this part of the city. The ground floor is intended for retail stores, and every fifth floor will have a terrace.

Conceived in such way, architecturally impressive and in a prestigious location, this building will be the right choice for companies that require a first-class, quality and inspiring work environment. The exclusive agent for renting this unique business tower is CBS International, a leading real estate consulting company in Serbia, which is part of the Cushman & Wakefield Group.
