TEHNOMANIJA takes over Win Win
The Competition Protection Commission has approved Tehnomanija’s takeover of Win Win, the Srpski telegraf daily reports.
There are no announcements on this occasion on the Commission’s website.
The newspaper states that the Competition Protection Commission has granted approval to Tehnomanija for the takeover of Win Win, which means that after the merger, it will not have a monopoly, that is, an excessive market share.
Both companies are well positioned, but Tehnomanija has certainly been a bigger player on the market. Integration is a natural process in trade, as well as in other economic fields, the newspaper was told by an interviewee from business circles.
Tehnomanija was founded two decades ago, in 1999.
