There is no money (yet) for distance learning

Rector of the University of Belgrade, Ivanka Popovic, has stated that the University will invest more in distance learning in the upcoming semesters.

At the joint session of the Senate and the Council on the occasion of the day of that university, organized in the Botanical Garden, Popovic said that „significant funds are necessary for distance learning, and the funds available are not sufficient at the moment“.

She said the students „embraced“ the new practice with enthusiasm.
