Vucic: EUR 38 million for Torlak (VIDEO)
State will invest EUR 18 million in the capacities for filling and packing vaccines at the „Torlak“ Institute, as well as EUR 20 million for refurbishment of rooms and facades, stated President Aleksandar Vucic.
„State will invest EUR 18 million in capacities for filling and packing vaccines. For packing flu vaccines, but also tetanus, diphtheria and the vaccine against COVID-19. For our Torlak,“ Vucic said in a video posted on his Instagram profile „Buducnostsrbije“.
He also stated that EUR 20 million will be set aside for refurbishment of premises and restoration of facades, as well as that parks and access roads to the Institute will be refurbished.
„We want to make Torlak one of the best vaccine plants in Europe. And the happiest news is that from today we are starting the procedure, working on a business plan and entering the production process, and we believe that we will finish it in a few months – quadrivalent flu vaccines. Major news. Go Torlak, go Serbia,“ stated Vucic.
